Overview

Hanging with the Kiddos® (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital products, physical products, and membership-based access to party favor templates and resources through our websites, including hangingwiththekiddos.com and studio.hangingwiththekiddos.com.

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers, and members of the Party Printable Studio™.

Membership Access & Accounts

When you join the Party Printable Studio™:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
  • Membership access is for one individual account only.
  • Sharing login credentials or granting access to others is not permitted.
  • Access to membership content is available only while your subscription is active.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Digital Products & Template Usage

All templates, designs, graphics, and digital resources are the intellectual property of Hanging with the Kiddos®.

You MAY:

  • Personalize templates for personal or commercial use
  • Create and sell finished, personalized party favors
  • Sell finished digital or physical products created using our templates
  • Use templates for your own business projects while your membership is active

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, share, or redistribute templates or Canva links
  • Share editable files, source files, or template access
  • Claim the templates or designs as your own
  • Create or sell competing template products
  • Upload templates to third-party platforms for redistribution

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Digital Products Created Using Our Templates

When selling digital products created using templates from Hanging with the Kiddos® or the Party Printable Studio™, the following rules apply:

  • Digital products must be exported and delivered as a flattened file, such as a PDF, JPG, or PNG.
  • Editable files, template links, or source files may not be shared, sold, or distributed in any form.
  • End customers must not be able to edit, extract, or reuse template elements.

This ensures that only finished designs are sold while protecting the original templates.

Membership Content & Updates

  • Membership content may change over time.
  • New templates may be added, and existing templates may be updated or retired.
  • Access to all content is provided only during an active membership.
  • We do not guarantee access to templates or resources after cancellation.

Payments & Billing

  • Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected at checkout.
  • By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
  • Prices may change for new members as the library grows.
  • Founding member pricing remains locked in as long as the membership stays active.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your membership at any time through your account.
  • Access will continue through the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
  • Once canceled, access to membership content will end.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and instant access:

  • All digital product sales and membership fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be issued for failure to download, access, or use content.
  • Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Intellectual Property

All content on our websites—including templates, graphics, images, text, logos, branding, and designs—is owned by Hanging with the Kiddos® and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
  • Interfere with site security or functionality

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Limitation of Liability
