Thank you for shopping with Hanging with the Kiddos® and the Party Printable Studio™. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products & Memberships

Due to the digital nature of our products and instant access to content, all digital sales are considered final.

This includes:

  • Digital downloads
  • Editable templates
  • Membership subscriptions
  • Access to the Party Printable Studio™

Once access to digital content or the membership has been provided, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available.

Membership Subscriptions

Membership fees are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds or credits for:

  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused membership time
  • Forgotten cancellations
  • Lack of usage

You may cancel your membership at any time, and access will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

One-Time Digital Purchases

All one-time digital product purchases are final sale.

Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Download issues caused by user error
  • Failure to read product descriptions or usage requirements

Physical Products (If Applicable)

If we offer physical products:

  • All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Approved replacements or resolutions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product or membership, please contact us. We’re happy to help troubleshoot and ensure you can access what you purchased.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate termination of membership access
  • Revocation of access to digital products
